With Apartments Meerzeit – whole house you rent an entire group holiday home on the Baltic Sea: four separate holiday apartments under one roof in Timmendorfer Strand, around 210 m² in total with four bathrooms and room for up to 19 guests. Ideal for family reunions, groups of friends or several families who want to holiday together and still have their own space. Dogs are welcome.

Living and cooking

Each apartment has its own living area with a comfortable sofa bed – in Apartment A a cosy big sofa – plus a smart TV with free Netflix and Wi-Fi. Every apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, hob and oven, crockery, glasses and high-quality cookware; Apartment C has a kitchenette. So each family can cook on its own, and in the evening the whole group meets in the garden.

The apartments at a glance

Apartment A (80 m²) has three bedrooms on two floors: downstairs a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a single bed (100 x 200 cm), in the converted attic a room with two single beds (90 x 200 cm) leading through to a bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm). The dining area seats 8.

Apartment B (50 m²) has a separate bedroom with a box-spring bed (160 x 200 cm) and a sofa bed in the living room that converts into a full double bed.

Apartment C (30 m²) is the smallest and cosiest apartment. It spans the first floor and the attic, where the bed (160 x 200 cm) is reached by a narrow staircase and offers a view of the starry sky. The living area has a sofa bed (160 x 200 cm).

Apartment D (50 m²) is on the ground floor with its own sun terrace, a bedroom with a box-spring bed (160 x 200 cm) and a sofa bed (160 x 200 cm) in the living room.

Bathrooms

Each of the four bathrooms has a bathtub and/or shower, toilet and washbasin. Hairdryers and towels are provided, and underfloor heating keeps your feet warm.

Apartments Meerzeit

The garden is your shared meeting place: a lawn and a large terrace with lounge corner, teak furniture and traditional beach chair – perfect for long barbecue evenings with the whole group. A washing machine and dryer in the basement, parking and an EV charging point at the house and free bicycles (subject to availability) complete the offer. Cots are available on request.

Location

The house is on a quiet residential street in Timmendorfer Strand, around 900 m from the Baltic Sea beach. The beach, promenade, restaurants and shops are within walking or cycling distance. The Sea Life aquarium, Niendorf bird park and the Ostsee-Therme spa in Scharbeutz offer plenty of variety, Hansa-Park in Sierksdorf is around 15 km away and Lübeck around 20 km.

Good to know

Bed linen and towels must be booked as a linen package (€20 per person). A flat fee of €30 per stay applies for dogs. The local tourist tax is charged separately. Check-in from 3 pm, check-out by 10 am.
