Apartment C is the smallest and probably the cosiest holiday apartment at Apartments Meerzeit in Timmendorfer Strand – an apartment for 2, made for couples who want a few quiet days on the Baltic Sea. Its roughly 30 m² are spread over two levels on the first floor and in the attic. With the sofa bed in the living area it sleeps up to 4 if needed. Your dog is very welcome.
Living and cooking
The cosy living room with a comfortable sofa, coffee table and dining table is the place to arrive and unwind. Watch Netflix for free on the smart TV, and Wi-Fi is included. The fully equipped kitchenette is open to the living area, so you stay part of the conversation while cooking. It has a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, hob and oven, plus crockery, glasses and quality brand-name cookware. Underfloor heating keeps things snug on cooler days.
Sleeping
The highlight of Apartment C is the sleeping loft in the converted attic. A narrow staircase from the living area leads up to the bed (160 x 200 cm), from which you can look straight up at the starry sky. Blackout options and a wardrobe are provided. In the living room the sofa bed converts in seconds into a full double bed (160 x 200 cm). Please note that the loft and living area are not separated by a door – perfect for two, and best suited to an easy-going group when four people stay.
Bathroom
Modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and underfloor heating. Hairdryer and towels are provided.
Need more space?
Travelling with friends or family who would like their own apartment? The neighbouring Apartment D sleeps up to 4 on around 50 m² and can be booked as well. For larger groups, book the whole house as Apartments Meerzeit – whole house for up to 19 guests.
Apartments Meerzeit
Apartments Meerzeit consists of four separate holiday apartments under one roof. The garden with lawn, large terrace, lounge corner, teak furniture and a traditional beach chair is ideal for breakfast outdoors and relaxed barbecue evenings. A washing machine and dryer in the basement are available for shared use, and bikes can be used free of charge subject to availability. Parking and an EV charging point are right at the house.
Location
The house is on Redderkamp, a quiet residential street about 900 m from the Baltic beach. The beach, the promenade with its pier, restaurants, cafés and shops are a few minutes away on foot or by bike, and a bakery and supermarket are close by too. As a couple, enjoy walks to Niendorf harbour for fresh fish, bike rides along the coast and around Lake Hemmelsdorf, or a rainy day at the Ostsee-Therme in Scharbeutz. The Hanseatic city of Lübeck with the Holsten Gate and its old town is about 20 km away.
Good to know
The linen package with bed linen and towels is mandatory and costs €20 per person. Dogs are charged a flat fee of €30 per stay. A cot is available on request. Local tourist tax is added. Check-in from 3 pm, check-out by 10 am.
